If you’re looking for a mobile payment app that lets you buy gift cards, Visa gift cards are not the best option. Although these cards are not a direct way to load your Cash App balance, you can use them to purchase gift cards from other stores and merchants. You can also use them to exchange for other kinds of gift cards at the Gift Card Exchange Kiosk on the Cash App website.
To make your Cash App account compatible with a Visa gift card, go to the Cash App website. After signing up, click on the banking tab on the bottom left of your screen. Once you find the card that you want to add, tap on it. In the top right corner, tap on “Add a Debit Card” and then enter the gift card number, CVV code, and zip code. If your card has an expiration date, enter the date you want it to be valid.
Visa gift cards are accepted on the Cash App website, but you can’t use them at ATMs. Although Visa prepaid cards are incredibly convenient, they are limited to a particular amount, which means you can’t withdraw cash at an ATM. If you’d like to use your gift card at an ATM, however, you’ll have to use another method. If you want to use your Visa gift card on the Cash App website, you’ll have to go through the Venmo or PayPal website to transfer the funds to your PayPal account.
