You might have noticed that you cannot log in to your Cash App on two different devices at once. If that’s the case, you need to change your password in the Cash App. To do this, go to the user account page and tap on Privacy and Security. On this screen, select Change Cash PIN. After choosing a new password, choose a strong one. If the password you have used before doesn’t work any longer, you need to reset it.
After signing in to the Cash App, make sure you close all other apps. When logging into the Cash App on a different device, you’ll get the same error message. If you have been using the app on both of them, you need to close them and open them again. If the error occurs again, you need to sign out of one device and log in to the other. In most cases, this will solve the problem.
Once you’ve closed the Cash App on the other device, open the app on the second device. To login, enter your account credentials, e-mail ID and password. You may be asked to verify your identity on the new device. Once you’ve finished, you can then log in to the Cash App on the other device. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see a notification that says “CashApp is not compatible with this mobile device”.
